What are good work shoes for underpronation?
My mom is on her feet all day behind a register and needs all black shoes for dress code. We noticed that her right shoe always wears more quickly than her left particularly on the outer heel and she's had a problem with Plantar fasciitis in the past. I've asked her to stop dragging her feet too, but she's having occasional knee and back pain. She's gotten some insoles from the VA and I would like to know what kind of shoe would help if she's standing stationary almost all day. Thank you

ummm.how do you know it is underpronation? My shoes wear more on the outside and it was overpronation...I've got plantar f...and i bought orthaheel sandals---EXCELLENT arch support...and they correct the overpronation--go check out their website. the knee problems are connected...I'm on my feet all day and these are the only shoes I can wear right now....pricey...but so worth it--if she does get the sandals--get ones with velcro to adjust...otherwise they can be too tight!
