Should I get Orthotic shoes and insoles or simply buy the right type of shoe and insoles for my feet?
I have flexible flat feet and i over pronate a lot. After doing cross country, my arch, knees, shin and ankles hurt quite a bit. My right foot arch is in pain.
Should I simply buy running shoes made for flat feet( Asics Evolution 5 are the ones I'm thinking about and Dr.Scholl's Arch Support or Knee pain), or should I go to a foot doctor and get specialized orthotics?

If over the counter things will work then use them, if you are still having problems then you will need to pay a lot more money and get the foot doctor inserts.
